🩵 About Ashwam

Ashwam is building a privacy-first women’s health intelligence platform that helps women understand their body, mind, and hormonal rhythms through intelligent journaling and multimodal data.

We’re an early-stage, product-driven team based between Melbourne and India.

Our MVP will enable journaling, daily/weekly summaries, and cycle-aware insights. Future modules (neuroendocrine aging, metabolic health, mental wellbeing) will build on this same foundation that will help women understand their hormonal, emotional, and cognitive rhythms across life stages.

🧩 The Role

We are looking for a Mobile Product Engineer, a builder who understands how apps live and breathe on real devices.

You will take Ashwam from prototype to public launch, ensuring the app feels native, stable, and beautifully integrated across iOS and Android.

You will also shape our broader digital presence from the Ashwam website to visual system consistency across platforms.

This role spans 1.5 domains:

Core — Mobile app engineering (Flutter, iOS, Android, app store lifecycle).

Adjacent — Web and product design/dev (marketing site, component consistency, UX feedback).

⚙️ What You’ll Do

• Architect, build, and optimise the Ashwam mobile app using Flutter, with deep understanding of iOS and Android systems, SDKs, and lifecycle nuances.
• Collaborate proactively with backend engineers reviewing API contracts, suggesting schema improvements, and helping shape performant data flows.
